Ugh, j4l. What a joke! I’m not sure if it’s the outdated design or lack of features that make this dating site so bad but either way, it’s just not worth your time and money.

Let’s start with the free version – what a waste of space! You can only create an account and look around at other profiles without being able to actually interact with anyone else on the site. No messaging capabilities whatsoever unless you upgrade to their paid membership plan – which is pretty darn expensive for what you get in return (which isn’t much). Plus, there are no unique features like video chat or anything special about j4l that makes them stand out from any other online dating service out there. To top things off they don’t even have customer support available outside of emailing them directly…talk about sketchy! And when you do finally hear back from someone after waiting days for a response all they tell me was “We apologize for inconvenience caused by our system". Yeah right…what kind of answer is THAT?
